Dr. Elisabeth Scheepers provides Supervision to counselling therapists.
Elisabeth is recognized as a certified supervisor by two national counselling associations: The Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) and the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).
Based on provincial and national standards, a competency-based framework is used in clinical supervision. Supervision is either one-on-one or provided in a small group format. Groups are no larger than 8 participants and the duration of group-clinical supervision sessions are 120 minutes.
Scheepers-CCC currently offers ten 2-hour clinical supervision sessions to groups per calendar year. In addition to group supervision, Elisabeth recommends the attendance of some individual supervision to ensure that professionals receive feedback on all aspects of professional practice.
